1. Commercial Warranty

Starting from July 1, 2022, ZENOPIX brand’s hardware products are covered by a two-year and five-year limited manufacturer warranty, which pertains to manufacturing and assembly errors, material defects, or incorrect assembly caused or held responsible by the manufacturer.

1.1. Products Covered

All ZENOPIX hardware products covered by this warranty include with a default 2-year warranty. At the customer’s request, the warranty can be increased to 5 years, with the set warranty amount for each year being added. This will be indicated on the invoice to the customer.

1.2. Warranty Beneficiary

The warranty is provided to the individual or company who purchases the products, which are declared as new goods for initial use, from an authorized dealer, distributor, or directly from the Manufacturer (“Customer”).
